RETURNS AND CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
CANCELLATION
Under United Kingdom legislation, you have the right to cancel the purchase of any of our products within seven working days of receipt with the exception of:-
- Video or DVD where the item has been unsealed
- Magazines
You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason.
Books must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition. Other items must be returned in new condition together with any accessories. We will refund in full the cost of the product, postage and your return postage charges. Refunds will be made immediately upon receipt of the product by NAFAS Enterprises Ltd. either by debit/credit card (if payment had been made by that method) or in all other instances, by cheque.
How to cancel
To cancel your order you must advise us within seven working days of receipt either by letter, fax or e-mail. Letters should be addressed to:-

Returning items direct to our premises
Products may be returned in person to Osborne House, 12 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4TE Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. You must bring your invoice with you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that goods being returned are properly and thoroughly packaged as refunds can be given only where goods are received in new and re-saleable condition.
Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that you receive goods that are faulty or are not as ordered, please return them to us in the manner described above, within 28 days and we will refund the full cost, postage and return postage.
