Competitions take place each month according to NAFAS rules. All exhibits must be staged by the exhibitor promptly for judging at 7.20 pm.

| 10 September | Demonstration by Bunty Stannard - 'Designs Galore' Competition: 'Rustic Variations' - an exhibit |
| 8 October | Demonstration by Stephen McDonnell - 'Light Fantastic' Competition: 'Twice as Nice' - an exhibit with 2 placements |
| 12 November | Demonstration by Ann Meadows - 'Christmas Theme' Competition: 'Contemporary Christmas' - an exhibit. Artificifal plant material may be used. |
| 10 December | Demonstration by Katie Baxter - 'An Evening of Festivities' Competition: 'Red is Christmas' - an exhibit. Artificial plant material may be used. Members £1 extra. Guests £6. |
