Events
The Marnhull Floral Group have approximately 50 members.
There are nine meetings during the year and usually we enjoy the expertise of a qualified demonstrator when the stage will be a riot of colour. We may also have one speaker and one workshop each year. The exhibits are raffled at the end of the demonstration after which we enjoy tea and biscuits whilst catching up on the latest news of our friends.
In March and November we organise a coach trip outing, often to Bath and during the year we will also have a Garden Party, Cheese & Wine evening, Coffee Morning or some other fund-raising event. One of the highlights of our year is a Flower Show held in the Village Hall. Our year culminates in a Christmas Lunch attended by most members.
