The Sussex Area is now 47 years old.  The Sussex Kidney Trust charity was set up in 1968 since when, over £1m of equipment has been purchased for the renal units in Bexhill, Brighton and Worthing. 

During the history three of our members have attained the office of National Chairman, one of whom went on to serve as National President.

Sussex has hosted the National show and twice hosted the National Assembly.
