NAFAS Enterprises Job Vacancy

The National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies is a registered charity promoting and supporting the art of floral design throughout the UK.  It is administered by a small team from its attractive headquarters building near Liverpool Street station in the City of London.

We are looking to appoint a part-time Distribution Officer for NAFAS Enterprises Ltd (our subsidiary company) who will be responsible for receiving, processing through our computer systems and dispatching orders for our books, leaflets and other publications.  Some computer skills would be required though full training will be given.  A certain amount of lifting of parcels and packages will be necessary.  A mature “can-do” attitude together with the ability to work with other members of the team is essential.

Salary: £10,000. This is a 14 hour per week appointment, days and times to be agreed.  Benefits include a non-contributory pension and 8 days (4 working weeks) annual leave plus public holidays.
