Senior Marketing & Content Manager 

Full-time, permanent | London office preferred; hybrid, remote and other arrangements considered.

Help us share the joy of floral creativity with people who haven’t found us yet.

NAFAS is a UK charity, founded in 1959, that brings around 28,000 members and 700 clubs together through floral art. We are three years into an ambitious Renewal Programme: a new brand, a new website, a national membership platform and renewed governance. We need a storyteller to put it in front of new audiences.

This is a new, senior, hands-on role. You will find and tell stories from across our community, own our website and channels, secure press and broadcast coverage, lead marketing for our 2027 National Show, and help turn Salesforce into a real engine for membership growth. You will use AI tools confidently, and help colleagues do the same.

We are looking for someone curious, creative and outward-looking, with strong Salesforce experience and a track record of reaching new audiences. We judge applications on evidence, not qualifications.

We offer 25 days’ leave plus bank holidays and three extra days at Christmas, a 6% employer pension contribution, a Health Shield cash plan, a season ticket loan and flexible working.

National Education Committee Member 

 
An exciting vacancy to join the National Education Committee as a Committee Member has become available to be a part of the  submission of the NAFAS Floral Design Course to Ofqual and help shape the future of NAFAS Education. 
This role is available for all to apply, however we are keen to hear from teachers and those who have previously been involved in a teaching role.
